Assist the Head Chocolatier in the production of Artisan Center chocolate lines to maintain inventory levels of finished product and raw materials, product consistency, and to ensure that the chocolate meets the quality and standards of Ghyslain Chocolatier, Inc.

Skills

Operate and maintain chocolate production equipment
Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality
Monitor production process to identify and resolve issues
Package finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food production
Ability to follow recipes and production schedules
Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
