Red Bird Pizza is a New Jersey / New York City inspired “East Coast Style” pizzeria newly established in the heart of Miamisburg, OH. We are dedicated to making the best pizza possible by using the freshest and highest quality ingredients that we can find (organic / local whenever possible) . Red Bird Pizza will never compromise on quality and we will always strive to be better than we were yesterday.

We aim to wow people with our small but mighty menu; but we also want our service to shine bright. Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and versatile individuals to join our team at Red Bird Pizza. As a Team Member, you will be vital to our success, contributing in all areas; from taking customer orders to prepping dough, you will have an opportunity to learn all facets of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic and collaborative work environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and high-quality pizza. Prior food experience can be a plus; but is not as important as attitude, genuine passion, and dexterity. We require someone who pays attention to fine details and shares our vision of trying to go above and beyond to create something that is truly special.

Responsibilities may include:

Assist with dough production, ingredient prep, and making pizza (and other menu items)
Learn all the stations of pizza making and how to maintain our standards for quality
Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Greet and interact with customers in a genuine, friendly and professional manner
Educating customers on our menu while taking their orders accurately and efficiently
Assist with receiving deliveries as well as unpacking / restocking / rotating stock
Perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Always be prepared to work hard while having fun and making people smile
We all pitch in on dishwashing duties

Qualifications:
A passion for pizza paired with a desire to create something truly extraordinary
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

Ability to provide excellent but most importantly, genuine customer service experiences
Superb communication and organizational skills (maintaining a clean workspace is huge)

Days / Hours

Tuesday - Thursday: 12p-3p / 4:30p-8:30p
Friday: 12p-3p / 4:30p-9pm
Saturday: 12pm-8pm

Pay Range & Benefits

$17 - $25 per hour
