Description
Affordable Hearing Store is hiring part-time Clerical/Customer Service
Responsibilities: Scheduling appointments, registering clients with insurances. Check clients during appointment. Assisting with troubleshooting and inventory.
Skills
Reliable and on Time with Good Phone Etiquitte,
Ability to deal with the public in a polite and non-judgemental way while working with the hearing impaired.
Solid knowledge with Microsoft Office and Strong computer skills training required to perform tasks on the Medical Portal (HIPPA) Confidential.
Minimal personal/text while on the clock.
Multi-tasker
Days / Hours
16-24 hours/week hours 9-5pm. Opportunity for more hours during projects, fill in for vacations and illnesses.
Pay Range & Benefits
$16.50 hour - Merit Increase after 6 months based on company's goals. Affordable Hearing Store Grow's, You Grow. After one year vacation benefit.
No Holidays and No Weekends.
