Environmental Services Technician

Description

Completes customer projects in the field relating to indoor environmental health and indoor air quality, including but not limited to mold remediation, radon mitigation, water intrusion prevention, vapor intrusion mitigation, air filtration and air systems cleaning. Works with all company associates as necessary to organize and complete customer projects. Responsible for timely arrival, customer communications and quality of individual projects. Help the company to grow and add repeat customers. Skilled trades education and experience preferred.

Lifting/Carrying: Frequently – up to 20 lbs., Occasionally– 20-50lbs., Rarely -50- 100lbs.
Occasional to Frequent use of hands for grasping, pushing/pulling, and fine manipulation.
Bending – frequently
Squatting – Occasionally to Frequently
Crawling – Occasionally to Frequently
Climbing – Occasionally
Reaching – Occasionally to Frequently
Standing/Walking – frequently – 6-8 hrs./day

Use of hand tools, drills, saws, ladders, duct cleaning equipment, air scrubbers, and other miscellaneous equipment daily.

Use of N95, P95, half-face, or full-face respirator as necessary.

Days / Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and other hours by appointment (not frequent).

Pay Range & Benefits

$37,500 to $65,000 + commensurate with experience and credentials ($18 to $32 + per hour) plus full benefits.
