We are looking for aspiring chefs who are eager to put their skills to the test while continually learning new skills from our head chef. Our chef has over 30 years of experience leading and teaching new skills to eager individuals. The Bulldog Diner is not your typical diner. We are not just flipping burgers but serving classic and modern home-cooked meals.

Skills

Responsibilities:
• Preparing and cooking food efficiently and safely
• Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and cleaning chef's stations, including grill, saute, and quick-order items
• Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

Days / Hours

Hours of operation:
Sunday: 8 AM to 1 PM
Monday: closed
Tuesday: 7 AM to 2 PM & 4 PM to 8 PM
Wednesday: 7 AM to 2 PM & 4 PM to 8 PM
Thursday: 7 AM to 2 PM & 4 PM to 8 PM
Friday: 7 AM to 2 PM & 4 PM to 8 PM
Saturday: 7 AM to 2 PM & 4 PM to 8 PM

Flexible schedule, inclusive of days, mid-shifts, and evenings.

Pay Range & Benefits

Experienced full-time staff $26,250 to 35,000 per year.
