Description
Provide direct care and meaningful engagement to residents following and individualized service plan. Treats each resident with respect and dignity, recognizes individual needs and encourages independence. Fosters a purposeful and engaging culture throughout the community. Assists residents with activities of daily living. This includes bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from programming and meals according to their service plan.
Skills
High School diploma / GED. STNA or CNA preferred.
Days / Hours
1st or 2nd shift, includes every other weekend. Every other holiday.
Pay Range & Benefits
$16+ depending on experience and / or certification.
