Englewood, Ohio – The Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) is offering Career Camp this summer. A three-day career exploration program designed to give students hands-on experience in various MVCTC career technical programs. The goal of the camp is to help students begin to make career decisions for their future!
Students will have the opportunity to work with highly qualified MVCTC Career Technical Instructors to explore careers in Biotechnology, Carpentry, Computer Repair, Criminal Justice, Culinary Arts, Dental Assisting, Graphic Arts, Heavy Equipment Operation, Natural Resource Management, Nursing, Sports Medicine, or Veterinary Science.
Career Camp is for students entering grades 8th, 9th, and 10th and is scheduled for June 3-5, 2019, 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Registration is $50 if your child attends one of MVCTC’s partner school districts or $75 if not attending a partner school district. Lunch is provided each day, and students receive a camp t-shirt with their registration.
