Every student attending MVCTC is a member of a Career Technical Student Organization (CTSO). A CTSO is an extracurricular group for students in Career-Technical Education (CTE) pathways to further their knowledge and skills by participating in activities, events, and competitions. With more than two million student members combined, CTSOs integrate into Career-Technical Education programs and courses across the country. CTSOs extend teaching and learning
through innovative programs, business and community partnerships, and leadership experiences at the school, state, national, and international levels.

BPA will be running the annual Special Olympic Fundraiser Feb 13-17. Please help BPA by encouraging students to participate in the fundraiser. During lunch students can buy chains of love, one chain is $0.25 or 5 chains for $1. Please help by donating money at lunch to this great organization. The winning CTSO will receive a cookie party.
What is Special Olympics - The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympic athletes in the community.
