The Culinary Arts Plating Challenge Competition

The Culinary Arts juniors participated in a Plating Challenge Competition. Juniors were provided a table of tools, ingredients, Twinkies or Strawberry Swiss Roll, and one plate. Their challenge was to focus on plating technique. Students did an awesome job using different techniques! Congratulations to:
