BPA September Meeting
The MVCTC Business Professionals of America (BPA)Chapter held its first official meeting of the year, featuring a pinning ceremony for its newly elected officers. This event marks an important milestone as the organization embarks on another year of leadership and professional development.
The following officers received their pins:
- President Alanya Lyon (Business Ownership/ Preble Shawnee)
- Vice President Zoey Elson (Media & Video Production/ Ansonia)
- Secretary Kasidi Daugherty (Computer Coding & Web Applications/ Tri-County North)
- Treasurer Mathias Kiffle (Computer Networking & Cybersecurity/ Northmont)
- Public Relations/Historian Zach Albright (Pre-Law & Legal Studies/ Valley View)
- Parliamentarian Eyassu Kiffle (Computer Networking & Cybersecurity/ Northmont)
- The 2024-2025 BPA Advisors are Mr. Patrick Carlisle and Mr. Zach Gueth.
The meeting also welcomed guest speaker Seth Pflum from Grunder Landscaping, who delivered an inspiring presentation on leadership. He emphasized that everyone has the potential to be a leader in their respective fields.
Additionally, Mrs. Watts, our Region 3 advisor, introduced Zach Albright, the regional officer from MVCTC, highlighting the collaboration and opportunities within the BPA community.
