MVCTC Aspire Program Announces Upcoming Free Career Training Classes
The Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) Aspire Program is now enrolling students for several exciting, free career training opportunities in early 2025. These programs provide essential skills and certifications to prepare students for in-demand jobs in manufacturing, culinary operations, and hospitality.
Certified Manufacturing Associate Training
Starts March 10, 2025
This six-week program, held at the Montgomery Job Center, provides fundamental manufacturing training in shop math, assembly, maintenance, machining, inspection, and more. Utilizing the industry-standard ToolingU curriculum, students will prepare to earn the Certified Manufacturing Associate (CMFgA) credential.

- Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Culinary Operations Program
Starts January 6, 2025
This eight-week program introduces students to commercial kitchen operations, covering food preparation, knife skills, sanitation, food safety, and food and beverage costing. Graduates will earn certifications including:
