The Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) proudly hosted its 44th Annual Charity Auction on Friday, December 13, raising over $14,000 to benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Dayton. This longstanding tradition, which began as a simple hat auction 44 years ago, continues to grow, thanks to the dedication of MVCTC’s FFA alumni, current students, and retired Agricultural instructors.
Over the years, the event has transformed into a holiday favorite, bringing together the MVCTC community and local supporters to make a meaningful impact. The funds raised will support the Ronald McDonald House’s mission to provide a “home away from home” for families with critically ill children receiving care at Dayton-area hospitals.
MVCTC’s FFA alumni and retired Agricultural instructors have played a vital role in the event’s success, contributing their time, expertise, and enthusiasm to ensure its growth year after year.
