MVCTC Staff Visit Projects Unlimited, Connecting with Alumnus

03/04/2025

MVCTC staff members recently visited Projects Unlimited, an electronics manufacturing company in Dayton, to explore future partnership opportunities for students. During the visit, they had the opportunity to reconnect with Stephanie (White) Noe, a 2005 graduate of MVCTC's Computer Information Technology program. Stephanie, now the Director of Operations at Projects Unlimited, shared how her time at MVCTC and the guidance of her instructor, Mike Wilson, helped shape her career path. She reflected on how she was not particularly engaged in school before attending MVCTC, but the hands-on, career-focused education she received changed her outlook and set her on a successful path.

MVCTC instructors Josh Rarick, Ronald Jacobs, Rusty Sink, Amy Sugden, and Robert Ewry participated in the visit, discussing potential collaborations with Projects Unlimited. These discussions aim to create opportunities for internships and job placements for MVCTC students after graduation. As part of this initiative, 20 students toured the facility in February, meeting staff members and learning more about career possibilities in the industry.

This partnership holds exciting potential for MVCTC students pursuing careers in information technology, manufacturing, and business operations, further reinforcing the school's mission to provide premier educational and employment opportunities.
