Miami East-MVCTC Ag Sales FFA Members Competition
Recently several members of the Miami East-MVCTC FFA Chapter competed in the District 5 FFA Agricultural Sales Career Development Event hosted by Miami East High School.
The Agricultural Sales team consisted of Emily Beal, Olivia Edgell, Riann Kingrey, and Nick Woolever. The team members each completed a test on agricultural sales, practicum of prospecting of new customers, and demonstrated their ability to sell an agricultural product.
The team placed fifth. Emily Beal was the highest placing individual from Miami East placing 10th overall. Judges for the Career Development Event were Brian Bensman, Albert Gross, Mandy Havenar, Lindsey Howell, Grant Davis, Linda Raterman, Emily Johnson, Jessica Helsinger, and Betsy Martin.
